How to Purchase

Purchase procedures :

1. Sign Up as new member
2. View product  > select the item you want > fill up the form 
3. Please kindly confirm the Purchase Order Form with FOREVERFASHION .
4. Members can increase the quantity per design or delete the selected item in one day after submit form .
   
5. Wait until get confirmation about stock from FOREVERFASHION .
6. After confirmation , FOREVERFASHION will give an account detail . please make a payment . 
7. Do inform us once payment is made ( give a detail of payment ) and we will send the items ordered for packaging and will send out for delivery on the a few following day .  2-3 days are required for express shipping and 5-7 days are required for regular shipping .
8. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within the 2 working days upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment .

Member Discount & Promotion

Members are categorized into different levels based on the volume of stock in each order. Below are the discount rates given for each level.

Normal Member
Minimum purchase of 10pcs per order, no discount is given




Silver Member
Purchases in 50pcs or more per order, entitled  to 5% discount




Gold Member
Purchases in 100pcs or more per order, entitled to 7% discount




Platinum MemberPurchases in 300pcs or more per order, entitled to 9% discount




Diamond MemberPurchases in 500pcs or more per order, entitled to 10% discount

How To Pay

FOREVERFASHION accepts various payment methods when placing your order. Here is the list of available options and please do let us know the payment method you would like to use when order is confirm. Thanks

1. Bank Transfer (Online Banking Transfer or Direct Deposit)




Customers are required to inform once payment is made through bank transfer at this e-mail address forever.fashion2011@yahoo.com . Customers are required to give the information as shown below:

Shipping & Delivery

FOREVERFASHION uses SKYNET and POS Malaysia as our courier  due to the realiability and efficiency of their services. Please read the Delivery Notes below to understand how shipping method is being allocated due to different locations.


Delivery Notes :

1. We subscribe to SKYNET courier for our West Malaysia customers, where as POS Laju Malaysia will be selected for East Malaysia customers.
2. FOREVERFASHION  will send out the items on the a few following day (exclude non-working day) upon receiving the payment.
3. Both SKYNET and POS Malaysia only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
4. Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.

SKYNET

• 2 to 4 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Items shipped in SKYNET standard packaging
• SKYNET is preferred as the courier company for any West Malaysia buyer
• Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked at sidebar .
• To check shipping fees, please click on BECOME AGENT under  SHIPPING FEES .

Pos Laju Malaysia

• 2 to 4 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• It is secure compared to Normal Post as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Location of the parcel/package and posting date can be tracked at sidebar

Wholesale Policy

Welcome to FOREVERFASHION here we supply wholesale women apparels ranging from various designs based on the latest trends and fashion scene from Korea and Japan. In order to obtain the wholesale prices please read the policy below:

• Minimum of 10pcs per order having at least 1pcs per design
• Customers are encouraged to make bulk purchases as different levels of discount will be given. Further details please read MEMBER DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS
• No stocks reserved is allow. Items are only sell to buyer who made payment instantly
• We allow our products that are short of customer expectations to be exchanged, based on our STOCK RETURN POLICY

Stock Return Policy

Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days upon receiving, if customer wants to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:
Important Notes :

1. Customers may need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
2. Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
3. If the request for returning is later than 2 days, we will not entertain it.
4. We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged stocks or items that stained massively.

Returnable/Exchangable Section

• Items that are terribly damage or stained.
• If the size is far from your expectation then we allow exchange to be made with other sizes if available.
• If material quality is not up to buyer's expectation, we will provide a new item replacement with the same size and color if available
• If buyers are not satisfied with the quality of the design or cutting, buyers are allowed to exchange the design with others that are of the same pricing or higher. If a higher price item is selected, buyers are required to pay the remaining top-up value. 

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable Section

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
• Return or exchange are not allowed If size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
• Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
• Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.

Pre-Order Policy

Purchase & Shipping Details

1. Any purchase from Pre-order section must be at least 10pcs per order having at least 1pc per design, but item selected from Pre-order section cannot combine with Ready Stock Items
2. If buyer wants to purchase Ready Stock and Pre-order items at the same time, each of the section must be at least 10pcs and total sum up will be 20pcs
3. Order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 2 working days upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment.
4. If we failed to deliver some of the specific items the balance of the payment will be returned to the customer.
5. Items will be delivered within 8 Working Days upon payment made.

Stock Return Details

1. Only Damaged or Stained item is exchangable
2. We don't accept any exchange for quality or design issue for any Pre-Order items
